These are simply a few of the reception pictures from the October 4th
reception, which had two levels and a lovely spiral staircase up to the
second floor that was super-spacious. The space was at "The Building"
in New Orleans. A lovely old-time cage elevator was also offered to
make the second level more accessible.
The Reception was from 4 pm to 6 pm, and I must say that is different
then most galleries I have been to on a Saturday reception, yet it
seemed a sweet spot, allowing collectors to view and then go discuss
over dining out which paintings they might add to their collection.
The show runs until Nov. 1st 2025. I do hope the paintings sell well as
the Juror and judge did a marvelous job as did the members in getting
the word out and inviting people to the reception!
Daniel Ludwig is the Juror and Thomas Friel was the Judge of Awards for
the New Orleans Art Association's 26th National Juried Art Show.
