There are some paintings that an artist paints, and they linger on their easel or desk because they do not know how to proceed. There are some, however, that are relished so much, that they simply want to keep enjoying the process.
This painting in progress falls into the category of such enjoyment at the memory of hiking here, that I find myself working on it a bit slower than I could to complete it.
It's been quite warm in Texas, and I am enjoying the cool or sometimes downright cold, when compared to outside, of the interior of my home.
